Participating in the Arvee Beta Test (Android)

Welcome to the Arvee Beta Testing Program! Thank you for helping us improve Arvee. This guide will show you how to join the beta, update the app, and send us feedback.

How to Join the Beta with Google Play

  1. Check Your Email

    • We’ll send you an invitation link to join the Arvee beta through Google Play.

  2. Open the Invitation Link

    • On your Android device, open the email and tap the invitation link.
    • This link will take you to the Arvee beta sign-up page on the Google Play Store.
    • If you are asked to sign in, use the Google account you use on your Android device.

  3. Join the Beta Program

    • On the beta sign-up page, tap Join or Become a tester.
    • Wait for confirmation. This can take a few minutes.

If you see a message that says “You’re a tester,” you have successfully joined the Arvee beta program.

  1. Install or Update Arvee

    • Once you are a beta tester, you will see a download or update option for Arvee on the Google Play Store page.
    • Tap Install (if you haven’t installed the app yet) or Update (if you already have Arvee installed).
    • Arvee will install or update to the latest beta version.

  2. IF YOU HAVE AN INVITE CODE:

    In some cases, you may receive a beta invite code.

    • Follow steps 1-4 above.
    • When prompted during the signup process, enter your invite code exactly as it appears.

If joining through the invitation link worked, you do not need to use the invite code.

Getting Updates During the Beta

  • When a new version of Arvee is released, the Google Play Store will notify you or update the app automatically (depending on your device settings).
  • To check for updates manually:
    • Open the Google Play Store app.
    • Search for Arvee.
    • Tap Update if it is available.
  • Keeping Arvee updated helps us make sure everyone is testing the latest version!

How to Send Feedback

You can send us feedback easily through Google Play or by email.

  1. Send Feedback through the Play Store

    • Open the Google Play Store.
    • Find Arvee.
    • Scroll to the bottom and tap Write a review or Send feedback.
    • Share your comments and experiences. This feedback goes to the Arvee development team.

  2. Send Feedback by Email

    • If you want, you can also email your feedback directly to support@arvee.com or via your advisory board email group if available

  3. What to Include

    • If something is confusing, broken, or just really cool, let us know!
    • Describe what you were doing when the issue happened.
    • The more details, the better.

Tips for Successful Beta Testing

  • Try out all features: Explore everything the app offers.
  • Report problems quickly: Let us know right away if something doesn’t work.
  • Check for updates: Always use the most recent version.
  • Be honest: Your feedback helps us make Arvee better for everyone.

Leaving the Beta

  • If you want to stop testing Arvee:
    • Go to the Arvee beta page on the Google Play Store (there is usually a “Leave” option).
    • You can also uninstall the app at any time.

Warning

If you are a member of the Advisory Board, leaving the beta may have consequences regarding your standing on the board. Please reach out to the Advisory Board group if you are considering leaving to discuss.
