Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using your email address.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Log in with Email (on mobile) or navigate to the login page (on web)
  2. Tap or click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Arvee
  5. Click the reset link in the email
  6. Enter and confirm your new password

Your password is now updated. You can sign in with your new password immediately.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

If you don’t see the reset email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — the email may have been filtered
  • Verify the email address — make sure you entered the same address you used to create your account
  • Wait a few minutes — delivery can sometimes be delayed
  • Try again — you can request another reset email if the first one doesn’t arrive

Note

If you signed up using a social account (Google, Apple, or Facebook) and never set a password, you don’t need one — just sign in with the same social provider. If you’d like to add a password for email login as well, you can set one from your profile settings.
