Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your Arvee account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@arvee.io with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
- In your email, please include:
- The email address associated with your Arvee account
- A brief reason for deletion (optional, but helpful for our product improvement)
What happens next
Our support team will begin to process your request within 3 business days. You will receive:
- An initial confirmation that your request has been received
- A final confirmation when your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted
Important information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All your trips, custom locations, and personal settings will be permanently removed
- Any active subscription will be canceled as part of the deletion process
- If you have any pending billing issues, our team may need to contact you before completing the deletion
