Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your Arvee account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@arvee.io with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
  2. In your email, please include:
    • The email address associated with your Arvee account
    • A brief reason for deletion (optional, but helpful for our product improvement)

What happens next

Our support team will begin to process your request within 3 business days. You will receive:

  1. An initial confirmation that your request has been received
  2. A final confirmation when your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted

Important information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your trips, custom locations, and personal settings will be permanently removed
  • Any active subscription will be canceled as part of the deletion process
  • If you have any pending billing issues, our team may need to contact you before completing the deletion
